Jordan Ninh

Jordan Ninh is a distinguished trial lawyer and litigator, who has earned a reputation among clients and communities across Texas for a commanding presence in the courtroom and his unwavering commitment to securing outstanding outcomes for those he represents in high-stakes litigation. As a former Assistant Attorney General and Assistant District Attorney for the State of Texas, Mr. Ninh has successfully tried, prosecuted, and defended cases in heavily contested jury trials and bench hearings in both federal and state courts, including in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He brings the same commitment for precision, tenacity, and practical judgment at every phase of litigation for our clients and their businesses.

A proud Austinite, Mr. Ninh graduated with a degree in political science and minor in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, where he developed a strong analytical foundation in philosophy and logic design that would later define his litigation style. He went on to receive his law degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he was recognized for his skills in legal writing and outstanding oral advocacy. Significantly influenced by both Central Texas roots and Midwestern sensibilities, Mr. Ninh excels at distilling complex facts and legal arguments into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with judges and juries alike.

Mr. Ninh is passionate about solving difficult problems and restoring clarity and direction to those who feel lost or overwhelmed. He does so by imposing a disciplined, workmanlike approach towards every case with care. Outside of his practice, Mr. Ninh devotes his time to his wonderful family.
