Lovein Ribman Texas Construction Law

Texas Construction Attorneys

How much does it cost to prepare and serve the Notice of Claim, Pre-Lien Notice or Intent to Lien Notice?

We prepare all of our Notices as strong Payment Demand letters, wherein we incorporate the required statutory lien notices and in addition, reference and apply other statutes that increase the probability of payment to include the Texas Trust Fund Statute (mismanagement of construction funds) and the Texas Prompt Payment Act (deadline for paying invoices). We also demand reimbursement of all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred to prepare and serve all lien documents. We have a flat rate for our Notices, which range between $475.00 – $500.00, which includes all service fees. We can offer an even lower flat rate for multiply Notices prepared at the same time or on a reoccurring monthly basis.
