The Lien Affidavit is filed or recorded with the County Clerk’s Office in the county where the Property is located. The County Clerk will charge a modest fee to file the Lien Affidavit. The Lien Affidavit may be sent to the County Clerk for filing, electronically filed, or personally filed.
